It is no wonder that an industry driven by the short term incentives of large upfront commissions and rebates that end at three months has got it self a bad name.

The thing that makes us unique is our long term focus. Our fees are divided into five payments over the first 12 month period. So, unless our candidates stay with you for at least 12 months, we don’t get paid our full fee.

As our incentive is long term. It only makes sense for us to put absolutely the right candidates forward. It only makes sense for us to work hard to understand your unique brand and culture and find people who will fit perfectly, as we will share in the success that our candidates bring.

As a team we understand the pitfalls for recruitment from the employer’s perspective and have experience in some of the largest traditional recruitment agencies in the past of placing very senior roles across the whole digital spectrum for some of the UK’s largest employers.
