Business Development Executive - London - Salary: £18,000 - £24,000 Basic + Commission
Our client is offering the chance to join a leading digital communication agency that specialises in corporate communication. They work with FTSE and large multinational companies such as British Airways, HSBC, Thames Water, Deloitte, BP, SABMiller to name a few.
They require a Business Development Executive to help support the development of marketing and the winning of new business. This includes supporting business development/sales through setting up appointments with qualified leads and supporting the marketing function.
The post holder will sit within the commercial team, report to the Business Development and Marketing Manager on a day-to-day basis. The post holder will liaise with commercial, creative, technical and project management teams.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Arranging qualified appointments
- Preparing content for sales presentations and collateral
- Preparing content and examples for RFP’s/ RFI’s and briefs
- Utilise existing systems (eg CRM) for both retrospective reporting and pipeline development/management
- Assisting with organising agency events
- Assisting with email & letter prospect campaigns
You will have good attention to detail, strong writing and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple on going activities with a degree of autonomy. This role will be cold call bases so you must have the ability to pick up and phone and sell.
