B2B Telesales Executive - Teddington - Salary: £18K rising £22K OTE £33.5K
Our client is the leading provider of market intelligence in the UK, on the UK, to the UK, and has been providing commercially relevant market insight and analysis to the business and academic world for 35 years.
Our client is looking for a Telesales Executive to join their team. The role requires a driven and proactive approach and you will be responsible for driving New Business through the telephone. You will also be responsible for finding decision makers for companies within their target markets and help increase the awareness of the company within identified companies.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying key contacts within target companies
- Drive lead generation in order to identify, qualify & set new opportunities for online demo selling and maximise the number of Greenfield appointments
- Follow up events and Direct mail campaigns
- Ensure that the internal CRM database (Goldmine) is maintained in line with Best Practice
- Maintain high standards in individual reporting
- Achieve sale targets as set
- Hit KPI targets set and manage pipeline opportunities
In order for your application to be successful it is necessary for you to have the following skills and experience:
- Experience and success in a Cold Call Telesales environment
- Good IT Skills (Excel, Word, Outlook etc)
- Database experience (Goldmine an advantage)
- Proactive
- Confident telephone manner
- You must have a minimum of 1 years B2B experience to be considered for this role
