Incite People is a young, fast-growing recruitment consultancy based in Kingston. We specialise in the digital markets. We started 2 years ago as a contingency recruiter. Now 80% of our clients [agencies, new companies and multinational corporates] use us on a unique retainer basis.
Innovative and ambitious/dynamic are the key words to describe Incite People. As well as recruitment consultancy, we also offer clients a range of alternative services. These include services for companies who don’t use recruitment consultancies, fast-track off-shore recruitment of technical teams plus a portfolio of niche job boards for the digital industry.
Not surprisingly, we’re expanding and will continue to do so.. We are keen to talk to experienced recruiters, ideally with experience of the digital markets or related areas such as marketing or technology recruitment.
We are also keen to talk to sales people who would like to change careers – possible backgrounds include media, especially online media, marketing services and technology.
